Check-in data and connection records are stored on our secure server using industry-standard encryption. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We store only what's needed for the service to work — no more.
Only family members you've invited with your Care Circle code can see your check-in data. They can see mood, check-in time, and activity flags. They cannot see your location or device data unless you explicitly opt in.
FeelSense may offer optional features like motion or location tracking in the future. These are always off by default and require clear explanation and explicit opt-in before use. You can turn them off at any time.
Check-in data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
FeelSense is not a medical device and does not provide health monitoring, diagnosis, or emergency response. It does not replace professional care, emergency services, or regular personal contact with your loved one.
